Tour of the Guadalupe Center and Lunch at an Authentic Mexican Restaurant.
The Guadalupe center is located in Immokalee, Fl. Its mission is to break the cycle of poverty through high quality educational opportunities designed to improve the future for the local children. Our tour group will meet at Temple Shalom where we will board a 14-passenger van. We will get a unique tour of Immokalee as well as an in-depth visit to the educational facility. Our guide will also answer questions about volunteer opportunities for our members to mentor the students. Before returning to Temple Shalom, we will enjoy lunch together at an authentic Mexican Restaurant (lunch costs not included).
