    8:00 AM - ~ 10:30 AM





    Sunday Biking offers:

    • The Fitness and Recreational rides leave from the Waterside Shops in North Naples at 8:00 AM. 
    • Casual Riders leaved from various locations at 8:30 AM.


    Biking speeds and distances:


    1. Recreation Riders - 12 - 16 MPH (20 miles distance)
    2. Fitness Riders - 16+ MPH (20 miles distance)
    3. Casual Riders - 10 - 14 MPH (distance varies)

      All riders must provide their own bicycles with properly inflated tires. Helmets must be worn.


      Don't forget to bring water.

      Meets Every Monday at 12:00PM and Wednesday at 9:30 AM.


      Join your MCA buddies for a rousing game or two of Bocce.  No experience necessary.  

      Register once for the season and receive a reminder before each session.

      Bi-weekly on Thursdays


      Join fellow MCA members at the Alamo for target practice. Learn the basics of fire arm control and safety, and then go to the range and practice your skills.

      After we shoot, we will have lunch at Pete's.
